Temptation by Sheeba Marie

Here's another throwback y'all! I have some new content in the makes coming soon;) 'Temptation' is a song I wrote a couple of years ago and one I like to associate with the summer time. It's off my EP, Sing it from your Soul. There's something about these summer days that bring out an evolved self...a summer self. It's a similar feeling that comes out when I'm traveling abroad too. It feels a bit more liberated and open to possibilities, know what I mean?

And love, love just feels like it's in the air. I remember back in the day when I lived with my friends Sherry and Pia in Washington D.C., we used to have parties at the house we lived at, the Dreamhouse. One of the last ones we threw was titled, 'Last Chance for Summer Romance...' hahhahah;)

You can be in your teens, you can be in your late forties, you can be whatever age, but dang, there is this special romance that fills the air during these few magical months. I guess each season kind of brings out that different feel. For me, it's that hot burning sun, the warm glimmer of a body of water, fresh flowers growing abundantly, homemade lemonade with rose petals...I could go on!

'Temptation' is about a summer essence...and the lightness around that kind of love that is just always so fun. This take was videotaped at my C.D. release party. Enjoy;)
